"We had storm damage on our 1950's rambler--the roof/gutters/siding all needed to be replaced. This was complicated when lead was found in the paint of our redwood siding. We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. Without Rick going to bat for us with the adjuster, we could never had afforded to get our house properly fixed. Rick's replaced our entire exterior including removing/replacing the windows, soffits, facia, gutters, roof and siding. It was a major renovation on our little house and garage. Everything proceeded smoothly, they showed up when they said they would, the costs were what they said they would be and the materials and workmanship were top notch. "I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. I was relocated to CA this summer but still has 2 rental properties in MN. One of my properties was listed for sale and got an offer. The inspection comes back with a huge list of small issues. Jerry is nice enough to review the list with me and spend 1 full day and another half day to fix about 10 items there. This was all done while I was at CA. I had my neighbor check his work. He was very impressive of what Jerry had done for me. He even asked me to leave Jerry's contact information. His price is very reasonable and he is very honest for his labor and material charge. I was extremely happy with his service. So when The city inspected my other rental property and came up a list of items to be fixed, I used Jerry again. No doubt, he once again did a really good job.

To me, a landlord who manage rental properties remotely, it really needs someone very honest and trustworthy to take care of the home maintenance. Also communication is important too. Jerry always kept me updated for what he did and kept a detailed sheet for his work. His itemized each item he has fixed and list the cost of material and the cost of labor separately for each item. Jerry has won my trust and demonstrate his professionalism. I will continue to use him for any future needs for my properties.

"Working with the teams that completed the actual work on my new siding, roof, and gutters were great! However, dealing with the sales managers in the office was incredibly disappointing. I was told my contract was *all inclusive* when I signed, yet my drip edges were not replaced and then I was told that they were not in the contract. Then my gutters needed an additional 25 that was not in the contract. An additional $250 later, and all was done. No concessions, no apologies for their mistakes."

They look like new again after multiple coats of varnish applied & properly cured. New weather stripping installed as needed & doors are secure and properly functioning. I provided light assist moving/installing doors and propane heater during cold weather. Unplanned cold snap added to drying time & heat expense."
