"We cannot recommend this company enough. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Sam and Ben came out to give us a quote in a timely manner and showed up as scheduled. Both were so friendly and willing to quote us numerous projects were wanting to have done in the future. The quote for removing a board where a 2nd story deck was, adding siding in its place, removing the second story outside lights and fixing trim on a window we had put in was 1/3 the price of another company who quoted us just for the siding part alone. The other company told us they would have to replace the siding from the ground all the way up to where the board was attached to the house but this company said that wasn’t necessary. Sam and Ben made us feel important and like no job was too small and they seemed happy to get our business and we’re very professional yet down to earth and didn’t mind laughing and joking around. Once we agreed for them to do the work, they were very prompt to let us know what day the team would come to do the work, even working around our work schedules to make it work for us. The team member who came to do the work, Daniel was excellent! He was extremely nice as well and worked all day on the job. When he went to put the siding on he notified us that Home Depot had given him the wrong siding instead of what was ordered so he had to go back to get the correct siding but we were really impressed that instead of rescheduling the remainder of our job (because he still had another one after us) he came back with the correct siding and continued to work until our house was complete. Sam and Ben even stopped back by the day the work was being completed to ensure we were happy with the work that had been done and made sure there were no issues. From start to finish everything went better then with any other company we have hired to do jobs for us in the past. I don’t think we will ever go with any other company now going forward for work we need done. You can’t beat perfection! Thanks again to the whole team. We would give you a 100 star rating if we could."

"Amazing one day installation Very satisfied with the final result. Excellent presentation of the process and quality of materials and details. Only critique is that I am waiting for the placement of the last roof vent. A minor issue but it has been a week since completion. I would still highly recommend them for quality of work and cleanup."

"He began work as agreed and on-time. Was careful in repairing what could be repaired and what had to be replaced. Nice job "distressing" replacement wood to match original. Came in at the lower end of the quoted range."

"BLH Roofing was very friendly, promptly gave me an estimate and got my siding repair done the next day. Thanks BLH"

"It is not often that you make a big purchase when the product does exactly what it's supposed to with a lifetime warranty! They did everything they said they would, lowered our energy cost, easy to clean, and the windows are awesome. This is the best I've ever felt about a major purchase for my home. It was great customer service with everyone I worked with from the sales person, to installers, and the person that followed up after the project was completed. We could not be happier!"

"Bob did an excellent job. The job was complicated by a decorative wood wrap of the porch. Bob was able to remove the decorative and replace with an easwy to maintain pvc 3/4 round trim piece. Bob showed up on time and completed the job on budget exceeding our expecations. I highly recommend BD Remodeling & Handyman services and will reach out to work with Bob in the future!"

"MLT construction team members were phenomenal! The siding looks amazing. The floors are beautiful. Everything was completed quickly and with master craftsmanship. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any job!"
