"They were very efficient. All windows in our rental house were removed and replaced with new windows in one day. All old siding was removed and replaced with vinyl siding on the second day. In two days the entire job was complete. Amazing when it was very cold outside in December. The salesman was awesome. Any time we had a question or problem, we could call him and he always took care of it. They were also very responsive and followed up with any issues. A couple of the windows had moisture issues in the winter months and they came back and checked the seals and fixed them. We have not had any problems since. We would highly recommend them.

"OMG, WILL NEVER call another contractor for a bid in Window World's area of expertise! Last week, as I was coming home from vacation, in traffic near Chicago, I received a call wanting to schedule an install date. I agreed that the following Monday would be fine. Requested an expected arrival time. was told between 8 & 9 a.m. I HAD to leave at 9:45 a.m. and did so.No-one had arrived to start siding. I put it off to bad weather. Didn't arrive home until mid-afternoon Monday. I found my 3 story home stripped of the old steel & vinyl siding AND nearly completely clad in the new insulation! The man running the crew came to my door asking if there was somewhere safe he could leave their tools etc. I was able to give them half my garage. The crew arrived shortly after 7 am.Tues. Worked until 7 pm. NON-stop! Then on Wednesday LESS THAN 3 days from starting job!!!) This crew had COMPLETED the job & was cleaning up & reloading their truck! The field supervisor was dumbfounded! The head of the crew even taught him a couple of things about siding, to make the job better with NO extra cost to homeowner! THANK YOU ANGIE'S LIST! Not only did you save us thousands of dollars, but I got a top notch crew out of it! Those men on the crew were such hard-workers and so polite! I am thankful, Window World of East Peoria, was able to access and use this crew! Shoot, I'd hire the crew again if they did more than siding!"

"I called Springfield Gutters to repair/replace a piece of siding that came loose after the big wind. It wasn't a big job and just needed a few nails as I had the siding that had fallen off. The workers came on Sunday though I expected them on Saturday. Granted it was really really cold on Saturday. I would have appreciated a phone call to expect them on a different day. I now have to cancel my backup plan since the siding did get fixed as promised."

"This is an awesome company and their service were superior. After purchasing a home in Decatur and thinking that when I purchased this house that the mole problem was remediated. The company T.I.C. was to remove the mold and they did nothing but paint the walls, it was a cover up. I begin to get ill and I called Healthy Homes. Caleb, Peyton and their crew oh my goodness they were wonderful. They were professional, respectful and yet personable. They explained what they were going to do and they tirelessly worked to remediate my problem. They got the job done, they removed the mold and everything else that had mold on it. "I had this company replace my windows, siding, insultation and decking on my porch. They were on time and did an absolutely beautiful job. I got used to opening my front door and finding their crews working. They were here for about a week and I never even had to clean up after them. What a marvel! The young man that ran the siding crew(Carlos) was nothing but kind and nice to me no matter what stupid question I asked. I can't praise this company enough."
