"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I found David to be warm, friendly and professional.  We made an appointment for the quote and he was punctual.  I did explain that I was in the process of a home refinance, but was in no hurry for the actual work.  Fall is coming soon and it might be best to wait until next spring to replace the windows.  We were very happy with his professionalism and his ideas on the siding and decking.  However,  the appointment was on July 27 and I still don't have even a ball park number (today is Aug 26th).  I did receive an email on Aug 14th saying he has bee real busy and that he would be back with me soon.  Since, we haven't heard back, and have not received a quote we have contracted with another company.

They were always on time, used an experienced crew, and were very fair in all our dealings. Diamond roofed two properties for us and made their commitments in both time and quality of work. "Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
