"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"Job consisted of replacing porch brick tile and removing and replacing porch 4 x 4s and railings. Porch is 33 ft by 6 ft. 4x4s were anchored to the porch by Simpson strong ties. Railings were 6 ft and 8 ft in length and Required shortening to fit space. Communication between Handyman by Henderson and owner was excellent. The workmanship was excellent. "Roman Empire Builders i found here and i seen his reviews and decided to call for some estimates. We own 3 properties one that we had to evict someone and we kept getting some very high unreasonably seeming prices and couldn't find great references from some guys, but every reference we got from Roman was nothing but he's the best he does any kind of work that you throw at him so he came by we told him if the price we get on our first house looks good and the price is right I have two other houses that need a few things done. So first job we had him and his sons rebuild our second story deck that a tree had slammed into from hurricane Helena and he not only did he build it perfectly to Code but he painted it for us for only a extra $150 which was so kind. So I gave him a remodle I needed done from a recent eviction that the sub floor was out of wack and his 2 son's worked nonstop the laminate the drywall and texture and floor all perfect. The day prior to installation for my siding he was out by me doing last min measurements. The day was scheduled Jose and his crew were their bright and early. He reached out to communicate any concerns before continuing the job. VERY EFFICIENT ! Once I arrived his crew asked me to walk around. They said: if there was anything I did not like to let them know for any changes. But the walk thru was so detail and through there was no need to ask for changes. I am extremely grateful and happy with the services. Would recommend to anyone. Price is very reasonable as well. I will be calling Tampa Gutter back for installation of my new gutters. He was on time, thorough and courteous. I had a couple of questions about the estimate and Roman was very responsive and understanding. We had to special order our materials for the job.
