"Mr. Forrest came to the house when he said he would. He was very polite and friendly. He went on the roof and inspected my issues. He explained what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. He also pointed out other repairs that needed to be done. like the eves and the cement connecting parts of our tile roof.. Our house is 14 years old, painting and repairing the roof was something that my husband and I have discussed for the last year. We thought the cost to repair the roof and extended porch was more than fair. His company also paints. We hired his company for that too. This is a family business and his two sons worked and supervised the projects. Wonderful family. Everything was done in less than a day. I could not believe it. Roof repair and painting the whole house. Mr. Forrest's crew were so friendly and professional. I can't thank them enough. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
