He also pointed out other repairs that needed to be done. like the eves and the cement connecting parts of our tile roof.. Our house is 14 years old, painting and repairing the roof was something that my husband and I have discussed for the last year. We thought the cost to repair the roof and extended porch was more than fair. His company also paints. We hired his company for that too.
