"The guys were nice and did a great job with everything we asked. The yard was cleaned up beautifully and plants were trimmed nicely. We had a flagstone patio built with a retaining wall, it turned out great. We were pleased with the job, but some things were not totally completed.
We have called numerous times to have them come back out to finish the job, but the phone calls go unanswered, this has been going on for about 3 weeks or more. Very frustrating. Will not hire again or recommend."

I contacted four local installers: Companies 1 & 2 never returned my call; Company 3 scheduled two different times for a site visit and never showed; Company 4 (John's) not only returned my call, but conducted a site visit promptly and completed the gutter install as scheduled. I was impressed by the professionalism of John and his crew of skilled technicians.
