"Sensible Home Products is absolutely amazing. Jeremy’s attention to detail and his crew’s professionalism are unmatched. I consider myself lucky to have called him based on the reviews. I knew little to nothing about siding. Keeping it simple he enlightened me to the differences out there. As far as I knew it was all pretty much the same when it came to vinyl siding. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. What we ended up using was a fiberglass siding that was far better than the usual “cheap” vinyl siding you see on most homes. It is thicker, has insulation, the clapboards are 7” vs. the double clapboards you usually see. The problem with the double is there is a common seam you see that transcends 2 simulated clapboards. We had a couple quotes from others and they didn’t even bring up the idea of a premium siding. Also, we had some unique things about our job. One was a set of windows that were sunk in. "We couldn’t be happier with our roofing and siding remodel by Better homes siding. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the job completion. They listened to our needs and also made suggestions that provided a beautiful final product. The project manager, Mary, kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly impressive. Our house now looks new with a modern feel.. We recommend them to anyone looking for roofing and siding remodels."

"Mr. Cowan may be the most honest and trustworthy contractor I’ve ever worked with. After feeling bamboozled by contractor after contractor over a siding issue we were being told could only be remedied by a full vinyl siding install, Marc shot me straight and we were able to repair a few small areas to save our existing siding and saved tens of thousands of dollars. He was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I wouldn’t consider hiring anyone except him for future projects."

"The Builders & Cleaners exceeded expectations in every way. Their team demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, punctuality, and attention to detail. Communication was consistent throughout the project, and the final outcome was both impressive and durable. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking reliable and high-quality work."

"We will be putting our house on the market in the next month or two and Brian has been our go-to person for household projects. He is prompt, professional and personable. He has been to our house at least six times doing a variety of jobs including installing sinks and faucets, removing countertops, painting, repairing a broken cabinet, installing lighting, etc. There is very little Brian is not able to do, and do well. We will continue to use Brian for as long as we're in Connecticut and recommend him highly."
