"I highly recommend The Builders & Cleaners for any remediation needs. From the very beginning, their proposal was incredibly detailed and transparent, with the Project Manager clearly outlining the scope of work and the materials to be used. They provided a high-value solution that was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The overall service was professional, seamless, and timely. Communication was a standout part of the experience; I was kept in the loop daily by their amazing Office Admin. A huge part of this success was the crew chief, who was fantastic to work with. He managed the team with precision, ensured every detail was attended to, and handled every request with professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. The remediation was thorough, precise, and completed to a very high standard. They didn't cut any corners and ensured that everything was cleaned and restored perfectly before finishing the job. "I asked for 4 quotes to replace my front walkway. Adrian was the first to respond and the most reasonable. He came up with a sound solution that included perspectives that the other companies did not consider. He was here within a week and he and his son installed the most beautiful walkway! It has a strong foundation and he used beautiful materials. He even redesigned our entry step to tie the work together. He was reliable and kind. My neighbors have all asked for his card. I would recommend this family for any masonry work you need!"

"I had complete window replacement and siding done to my 1950s home. Project was done in a timely manner. The company was very easy to reach and communication was a 10 out of 10. Very pleased with the completed projects!"

"Great!! Brian accomplished a very professional job on door lock and window shade installations. Very efficient and pleasant to do business with. Offers such a wide variety of handymen services, I would definitely consider his services for other projects as well. Nice workmanship!"

"A full sheet of aluminum siding had blown off the side of a 1960's track house. Based on a photo and a phone conversation, Peter gave me a more than fair quote on the repair. However, when it turned out it was going to be a much less than simple repair because under the siding was not wood but particleboard that price went up. I believe I got more than my money's worth though at that price. Peter explained the repair and executed it successfully. When the time comes that the whole house can be re-sided I will hire Peter for sure."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago. They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional, work very safely. They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half, all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails. All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. Great crew very professional!!!! Thanks for all your hard work.Al Couture Southwick Mass."
