"Nova Plastering repaired my stucco around my window. They resealed the wood and did an amazing job. They were ontime and fair on the price. I would highly recommend them for any stucco needs."

"Prompt response. Gave me a variety of options for what I needed to do to have my siding repaired or replaced"

"Eric did a very good job at discussing my project which was the complete re-stucco of my house. Eric made me feel good about hiring him. He worked with my painter's timeline to make sure the best job was completed in a timely manner. Primarily, The Stucco Shop had to complete the acrylic coat and wait for the painters to complete their portion of the job. Eric then finished the stucco right away. I really appreciate the finished stucco, especially, the texture that I was looking for. Clean up was excellent as was the overall quality of the work. I would be very glad to hire The Stucco Shop again and to recommend them to others. Eric's crew was very professional, quick and focused on my project."

"I recently go a whole new set of windows for my condo. Justin was so nice, professional, knowledgeable, patient and communicative. He took his time to review my HOA documents and get my new windows done to the specific requirements. This was not a quick or easy process, and Justin handled it with grace. He went above an beyond to make sure he was doing a quality job that met my HOA's super specific requirements. My new windows are not only gorgeous, but they keep my condo cool and they are almost sound proof! I would highly recommend Justin and Approved Contractor for any job! I'm actually referring them to my HOA to get them to be a preferred vendor!"

"It was such a pleasure to work with both Cody Bolster and Blake Carrow. They were very upbeat, they were very knowledgeable about their products and had amazing suggestions for our siding project."

"Al and his team have been fantastic in both service and workmanship. We needed a shower replaced in our rental home. He not only provided a number of options, but recommended ways to save money as well. The work project itself, Al made sure if there were any concerns we had, he addressed it promptly. We plan to use C&H for a number of other smaller handyman projects we need done both immediately and any others in the future."

"Great work and great price. Did not discuss cleanup so I got confused so make sure you ask. Very happy with the result!"

"From the start, it went great!
My sister and I were trying to prepare our mother's home  (built in the late 60's) for sale. Our biggest concerns were the popcorn ceilings (with asbestos), the old wallpaper and half-wall wood siding in a very large family room, and the dormers at the exterior roof- height that were in serious need of repair and paint.
About a week prior, we contacted apx. seven contractors through various sources. Of the seven, three responded and two showed up to give an estimate.
San Diego Abatement Services was the first to respond within an hour or so of my first request through Angie's list. An appointment was made to meet with Shawn at a time mutually convenient. In the meantime, we met with the other company which only did the removal of the asbestos popcorn ceilings but none of the repair or painting, which would have to have been done by an outside contractor. His bid was $3700. We were concerned because we were having trouble getting responses from contractors we had called and were getting anxious about this whole process and the amount of time it might take.
When Shawn from San Diego Abatement Services arrived, he alleviated all our stress!! Not only do they do the removal and repair and painting of the ceilings, (for our sq. footage, apx. $2700), but other things we needed to do as well. They were available within the week to do the job and by the following week we were done!
While some items seemed a bit high in price (lights), others were low and, in all, we think it all got done at a reasonable price. Being able to have so much taken care of by the same company--and done well--is a difficult commodity to put a price-tag on.
There were a few times when I questioned how something was being done or was not getting done and with a quick phone call, to Hope, their great and responsive person back at the office, we were put in touch with Shawn or one of the other supervisors who made sure we were happy with the results or we came to an agreement on how to resolve the issue.
The house just went on the market and the feedback from buyers and brokers is that the house looks great - and it does!
My sister and I absolutely recommend San Diego Abatement Services without reservation!
