"They did a fantastic job, and it was done in a timely fashion"

"I could not be more impressed. Their team was highly responsive and professional, quickly addressing a variety of maintenance issues we were facing. From minor repairs to more complex tasks, they handled everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. Their work was quick and efficien. I also appreciated their communication and fair pricing. I highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable handyman services."

"Kenjon and his team did an amazing job. They worked long hours in the intense heat to complete our project. We will be recommending them to others and will be using their services again in the very near future. Jed & Penny Kanter"

"Chimi was referred to me from a neighbor as he uses him for a couple of his properties. Chimi and his crew did a great job of installing new stucco in some areas and repairing in other areas. Highly recommend."

"Arrived on time, gave a detailed estimate, cleaned roof and patio and front porch and sidewalk, and all of the carport including brick wall on either side, cleaned the foundation and very important cleaned our gutter-guard rain gutters. Helped us remove screens and replace them. House looks great."

"He put in my exterior door under carport and it went good"

"I posted about finding a new company to clean my gutters, which I do 3 times a year. Benny was the first to call and was a pleasant and aggressive sales person all at the same time. I like him very much and was impressed with his hard-working vibe. He sold me on the reality that installing gutter guards was a better way to go instead of all the cleanings. I knew this was true and asked for a quote. We came to an agreeable number pretty quickly and I hired him on the spot. He and his crew returned 2 days later and performed the install. While installing the gutter guards they ran into issues with 2 or my very expensive kick-out flashings that I have (stucco home) One, according to them, burst into pieces and the other slid right out of the slot it was in. I'm happy to report that he replaced the burst one and re-inserted the other. My only complaint here is that the one he replaced is very small compared to what was previously there and now water pours over my gutter instead of staying in the gutter itself. I plan to remedy this by myself with a small gutter extension I can buy at Home Depot - but I am not pleased that I have to address this myself. Many folks have been on my roof and cleaning those gutters without any issue whatsoever. Included in this job was a full house cleaning. I gave specific instructions about being extremely careful with stucco. I was home when the house was being washed and they did a fair job. His home washing price is high and this is not work I would hire him for in the future. Bottom line - hire Benny for what he's good it - roofing and gutter maintenance/gutter guards. Be very specific about what you expect. Side note - some stains remain where other companies have cleaned them in the past. I did find a little bit of broken up bits of stucco on my front steps after they left. A little too much pressure may have been used. I would hire him again to install gutter guards. Highly recommend but be specific and supervise."

"They were prompt, hard working, mindful of our property and got it done in one day! We had wind damage from a wind storm and needed the roof replaced. We had a deadline and they didn't only meet it but got everything done 3 days before expected. Communication was great. We had clear expectations. The price was reasonable. By the next day you couldn't even tell they had been around. We would totally hire them again and recommend to others. Great work Brian Jenkins and crew!"

"Mario and Yadier Painting ofrece un servicio profesional y de alta calidad. El equipo es puntual, responsable y presta mucha atención a los detalles. El acabado final es limpio y duradero, y siempre se aseguran de que el cliente quede satisfecho. Sin duda, una excelente opción para trabajos de pintura."

"Robert did an exemplary job on two renovation projects - one for the kitchen, and another for the bathroom. He showcased his vast knowledge and experience across different domains such as electricity, plumbing, and wall repair. The work was done professionally and efficiently. Robert was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process, and we would not hesitate to recommend him for any handyman related needs. If you have an opportunity to work with Robert, then great quality work will be on the agenda along with some nice surprises as well. 😊"
