"Couldn’t do the job. They do not mess with metal exterior. Only reason I’m leaving 3 star."

"Originally contacted them to repair some water-damaged siding on some dormers that wouldn’t be covered by insurance. While scoping out that work, they noted hail damage to my roofing that they felt would easily qualify for an insurance claim. I filed a claim with my insurance for the roof, and they sent out a third-party appraisal company that is notorious for denying claims, and my claim was denied. Arcadia then brought out their own roofing people, documented the damage and refuted the “inadequate ventilation” claim of the third-party appraiser, filed the revised information with my insurer, and as a result my insurance approved the claim for a new roof on my house and out building. Arcadia’s workmen were thorough, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves each day. I cannot say enough good things about Arcadia and would highly recommend them to any potential customers."

"Came out fast and gave a good quote and helped me out so much! Fixed my roof in a timely fashion and it looks better than before. Thaddeus Allen in Little Rock helped me so much and I have referred him to all my friends with similar roofing problems."

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."

"Factory direct installed new windows and siding on my home in Feb of 2015. They were the most competitive and fair in pricing of all the solicited bids, and answered the questions I had in a prompt and courteous fashion. The installation itself was preformed on time and professional in scope. They did an excellent job. They thoroughly cleaned up when completed. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them."

"They were on time  and very courteous. They cleaned the gutters around my mobile home, The did a great job  and I will be using them in the future to pressure wash the siding on my mobile home..

"I had the pleasure of doing business with Anthony of Harrison Custom Construction. He was professional, prompt, and completed the job they were hired to do without issue. I would gladly do business with them again in the future."
