"Awesome job. Did vinyl siding and window's"

"It was a pleasure meeting Dewand from Pacific Exteriors. He was very professional, polite, and thorough in answering all of our questions regarding the siding replacement. Unfortunately, the quote is not within our budget. Thank you for your time and for providing the estimate."

"They did an excellent work, here everyday on time. Elias was always available to review job, ask questions, etc. We had some bad places in our siding. Elias gave us options and the crew did excellent work repairing it. Very reasonable. Would recommend and would use again."

"Agreed on price to demo existing wooden deck, despose of debris, build new wooden deck including painting. Project took 9 days. Crew was polite & varied from 2 to 3 men. I would not call them craftsmen. There was a lack of communication. Anything that went wrong or damaged was never mentioned to Dereck or home owner. Some examples are: ? Questionable dbl stringer shorted at opposite ends, see photos. Is it safe & to code? ? Hot tub cover damaged. Someone walked on top & broke half of cover. Also multiple objects dropped from upper deck on to cover puncturing it. Cover was used as work table. ? Multiple objects dropped from upper deck onto pavers surrounding hot tub, cracking three of them. ? Deck boards on smaller deck not completely screwed down. I needed to add 93 screws. ? Kinked LP gas tubing into the house. ? Gaps on both sides of new threshold. ? Blew GFI outlet and tripped multiple breakers, one being to a food freezer without notifying owner. ? No permission given for ads."

"The doors we ordered took a little while to come in, but it was worth the wait. The look fantastic we could not be happier. They reinstalled the outdoor siding and replaced Sheetrock and trim inside. We will use them again"

"Great job and attention to details"

"We are thrilled with results of our project! Hines did a fantastic job and is certainly a craftsman. Our deck renovation was completed in due time. Hines was diligent and communicated extremely well. This is the best experience we have had with home repair work! Highly recommended!"

"Thorough planning up front and great work with continuous updates on the landscaping project we did with Travis."

"Very professional. Great communication. Dependable. Very detail oriented. Kind. Very considerate of your home furnishings."

"Pedro offered me the best price and quickest scheduling of all the contractors I spoke with. He was hired to clean my home's roof with low-pressure equipment and remove all the accumulated black streaks from our asphalt roof. It now looks like NEW!! With the great results from his work and overall professionalism, I will be moving Pedro to top of my list for consideration of my larger home painting project."
