Jim sat down with us and helped my wife design her "Dream Deck". He even suggested ideas that my wife loved but my wallet hated (LOL). In the end we received that deck that my wife loves. The job was stared ahead of schedule and completed early. The crew was professional and very friendly. Jim even surprised us with a few upgrades that he covered the cost on. I am very pleased with the deck that we received and will definitely use him again in the future."
