Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"I purchased a half off coupon for 2 painters for a day at $400. When I called Rob that afternoon to set up a consultation appointment he came out the same day with his brother. He told me painting the trim would be no problem and doors would be an additional $5 each. He also asked if I had any more work that I needed done around the house so he could keep his guys busy. I asked for a quote on pressure washing the deck and siding. His guys were on site for 3 days and only pressure washed and done prep work on the trim, even thought he told me it was only a 2 day job. There was a situation with one of his new hires being unprofessional but Rob called me to let me know he fired him on the spot and assured me he would be there himself to finish the job. He painted the trim and doors in one afternoon, as well as stained the deck. He even had his guys clean up my hardwood floors where I had spilled paint when painting the walls myself the week before which I appreciate very much. My main issue was when he called me on the way to the house the last day we had a miscommunication on the price for staining the deck, so I had asked him just to wait and he even said he would go ahead and do the trim and we could get to the price of the deck when we crossed that bridge. When I got there that evening to look over the work on the trim he had already stained the deck and asked me to pay the extra for the materials/work. While his work is great, I would definitely recommend getting written estimates before the work is started. Overall I am very happy with the quality of work done but wish things had gone smoother as far as the time it took and working out the final cost.

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
