"George and his crew did a wonderful job with my home's complete exterior renovation. We had the home recovered in vinyl siding and James Hardie shingles. The workmanship, communication, and price were all excellent!"

"Roofing installation, started slow then picked speed and intensity, completed in 3 days. Siding installation was as expected. Excellent work, neighbors gave positive reviews of completed project and the installation."

"Sales process was painful and was the least enjoyable contracting experience I have ever had. Salesman used a bait-and-switch in the contract and ultimately suckered me out of extra cash to do the work we had originally agreed upon. Then didn't listen to my instructions and wrote the contract for the wrong siding. His boss promised to call and follow up within a week with possible options to remedy. Never called.
Production guys were ok. Enjoyed having them here, even though they scratched up some of my personal possessions, they didn't clean up, they cut the gutter downspout the wrong length, and the quality of their finish work was average at best. But my real issue is with the sales staff. Never again."

"The team was great, explained everything, and the turnout was excellent. Everybody was just wonderful to work with, and the siding install turned out perfect."

"A+ service, communication and quality. Full window replacement, siding and trim repairs and miscellaneous other items! Would highly recommend if reliability is important to you!"

"Wind had pulled the siding off the side of my home so it had to be replaced. Bryan Barrera was my field manager for this project and from the beginning he worked with my insurance company to make sure the entire side was replaced and brought up to code. The final product looks great and matches the other siding perfectly."

"On the expensive side, but did great job."

"Our roof was supposed to last 30 years but, because of hurracanes and all our trees eventually coming down it was damaged and the company we'd used did an inadequate job repairing it. We also got more damage later from more storms and BMF showed up right on time. Isaac and his crew fixed that and after 3 other estimates we decided to replace the whole roof though it was only 20 years old. Again, BMF came to our rescue with a reasonable estimate and shortly thereafter reroofed our house and garage, using new shingles able to withstand high winds, also straightening up a problem with leakage around part of our gutter system that had become apparent in the last few years during heavy downpours. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up all the debris and couldn't have been more professional. I believe this time we finally found a contractor who did it right and we won't be fooling around with random leaks or tiles blowing off when the hurracanes, hailstorms or falling branches come again as they surely will. Thanks to Issac, Monty and the rest of the BMF crew, we finally have peace of mind at a reasonable cost. I highly reccomend this company, for repairs or replacement, they did a swell job."

"I can’t say enough good things about Modern Structure Homes LLC! They completely transformed my bathroom and fixed the issues that another company left behind. They showed up on time, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of their work is amazing, and they truly brought new life back to my home. Jonathan was a pleasure to work with! He was professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend Modern Structure Homes LLC to anyone looking for quality work and a company that stands behind what they do!"

"The job is only half done right now, but it looks like we are not getting what we expected. The salesman lead us to believe that the siding had insulation backing built into it. It does not. The guys doing the job are great. The reason we chose this company is because the quality of the siding sounded better. It is not."
