"Virginia Exterior Products was top-notch and professional throughout the entire process and the end result was AMAZING! My wife and I had been looking at new siding and shutters for almost a year, and we talked to several other companies during the process, but VEP was the clear winner when we decided to move ahead with the project. VEP strengths included: 1) longevity of the company and range of services offered, 2) cost estimate process was quick, all details were clearly explained, and the cost was highly competitive, 3) all timelines were clearly explained and kept, 4) crew was professional and responsive to questions during installation, 5) quality products and color matching, 6) clean up was quick and complete. Weaknesses: NONE! The house truly looks like a brand new build and, as 100% satisfied customers, we would recommend VEP for your next exterior project!"

"Very well. They did a great job on the siding. They were professional and courteous. They cleaned up the site and even made sure the Leaf Filters on the gutters were placed as they were before they took them down to do the siding."

"Having come from the construction industry I know a little more than the average home owner. I had my siding and roofing replaced. My first issue was the improper installation of drip edge, which was simi corrected and my second issue was I asked for cedar texture Hardie plank siding and received flat siding. Roofing team - The gentleman that took my rook off did so quickly. However, they didn't clean the area on the ground of all the roofing and gutters before starting the installation. so, the works side looked a little unsafe. Also, there was never an English-speaking individual that I could communicate directly with to address issue with right off the bat. Siding team: wonderful crew, very clean and did an outstanding install. Correction; Drip edge was removed and redone but by time they got to the back of the house they installed it the same way they did the first time. For the Siding error they gave me a choice of removing what they have already installed and giving me what the contract stated of $500 off the bill. Seeing the siding was 3/4 of the way done and the texture of the siding was the only thing wrong I took the $500 off the bill because I don't like wasting material."

"Super quick siding fixes! Thanks."

"F&M Services Group did an excellent job replacing my father’s roof. We can’t speak highly enough of Michael and how extremely helpful he was throughout the process. Michael answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the potential canceling of my father’s home owners insurance. My dad and I both agree the installers did an excellent job and we highly recommend F&M Services Group."

"Due to strong winds, a piece of siding near the roof had come loose. This company came out the same day we put in a request for an estimate. The repair was done quickly. Mr Shim also spent time with us discussing replacing all the siding on the house. He listened carefully and offered great suggestions. He Beas very easy to work with."
