"Sales process was painful and was the least enjoyable contracting experience I have ever had. Salesman used a bait-and-switch in the contract and ultimately suckered me out of extra cash to do the work we had originally agreed upon. Then didn't listen to my instructions and wrote the contract for the wrong siding. His boss promised to call and follow up within a week with possible options to remedy. Never called.
Production guys were ok. Enjoyed having them here, even though they scratched up some of my personal possessions, they didn't clean up, they cut the gutter downspout the wrong length, and the quality of their finish work was average at best. But my real issue is with the sales staff. Never again."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"Lamar and his crew of 2 were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The work involved coordinating with other trades and our schedules. They were very tidy, organized, and kept me informed as the project progressed. The siding material was new to him as it was to most builders who estimated this job, SmartSiding, and he researched the product and installed it according to the manufacturers guidelines. The end result looks great. We had to overcome several poor designs from the original build and Lamar and his crew problem solved these difficulties to perfection. Their attention to detail and work ethic are outstanding. I'm a bit of a difficult person to please, some say a perfectionist, and I highly recommend his service for any building or remodeling project."

"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Friendly efficient service. Roof looks great"

"All of their work exceeded our expectations!  The price was fantastic, especially for the quality of work that was performed.   Mr. Dunlap went out of his way to help us pick out quality products that we would be happy with for years to come.  He was quick to respond to any questions we had as worked progressed and made sure that everything was completed as planned.  The attention to detail (such as the size of downspouts that would look best given the size of the house) was a huge bonus.  This company was definitely one of the best that we worked with on this project and we appreciate all of their help.   I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for windows, siding or gutters.

"I was quickly contacted, the work was contracted after I got the quote. The work was completed by Troy and his assistant in a professional manner...work space was kept clean, shortcuts were NOT taken, effective sealing, painting and cosmetic work. The building looks so much better, the siding nearest the ground no longer has areas of wood rot. The Hardiplank will last “forever”; Troy ensured problems were resolved before slapping “a fix” over the wood rot. The job took less than 6 man days (3 work days)."

"Dan did a great job. The house looks amazing and he was very professional."

"1st day trim & siding crew arrived & worked til after dark to finish (left trash on property). I called to have crew leader return to fix sub-par work and finish dryer vent. Roof crew worked all 2nd day & left after completing job - signed off to very satisfactory work."
