Afterwards, I called about a damaged screen, and it was taken care of immediately. My only concern was with some of the details, which I didn't notice until months later. Due to unusual geometry, and dropping from 2-3 roof layers to 1, there were a number of places where the shingles and siding left large gaps. At a minimum, I thought they should have brought them to my attention and offered some options."

Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
