"I had seen recommendations for Chief Roofing on Angie’s List and Nextdoor so had them out to assess potential hail damage on the roof and advise. They were very upfront and straightforward throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable and forthcoming about the steps that would follow once it was determined that there was sufficient roof damage to call my insurance. The same guys came back to meet with the assessor and discuss the various options available for the replacement job. We had some weather delays scheduling the work but the office staff were very helpful/flexible and worked with me to find a time that best fit around my family and the crew that did the work were very courteous, respectful, (tolerant of my two little kids constantly gawking, waving and yelling at them) and did a great job! One thing that always stands out for me in these sorts of dealings is when I feel like I’m getting an honest answer and not just the sales pitch. "David called to say they'd be at my house at the previously agree to 10:30 a:m. At 10:28 they were pulling up out front.. Impressive! They assessed the damage and got straight to work putting down the protective underlayment...followed by new shingles. The guys also took time to explain what materials they were using and why. They also replaced a few shingles at the rear of the house, which had been quick sealed from a satellite dish removal. I am very happy with the results of the work and the cost. I would hire them again."
