Offered fabulous terms. Nothing up front, payment due in full on completion. This told us the company is financially sound. 3. Responded before work was to start to my call about a leak on Christmas Eve and sent staff in the heavy rain to provide temporary tarp. 4. Started work as agreed and finished in 7 days even working on Sunday. 5. Replaced skylights at no added charge. 6. Cleaned up site daily when finished. 7. Painted all bird stops, drip molding and any replaced facia to match existing. 8. Final invoice was exactly as quoted with no surprises.
