"Tri-star was the first company to call me back when I put in a request for an old cracking skylight that was in need of replacement. They sent out an employee to check out my problem, which the employee also noticed all the vent pipes coming out the top of my roof were rusting. I had noticed the rusting maybe 2 or 3 years earlier and did want to do something about it. So when they recommended preventative maintenance by coating the vent pipes with a special paint to keep them from rusting even more, and making sure everything was secure around the pipes and would check for loose nails and shingles I decided to go with Tri-star.
