The workers were all respectful & the owner & manager were both on site at the start & completion of the job to ensure all was completed and cleaned up as it should be & that we were satisfied. "Ed Shook answered his phone immediately, sent me a quote quickly, and was patient in waiting to talk to my husband to answer his questions.
 As my husband has roofed before, he had many questions. He said Ed and his crew do everything correctly and chose them over  a few other options.
We let him know what color we wanted, and things got started promptly. He came out and met with us and we signed the contract. Unfortunately some crazy weather caused a few day delay, but Ed kept in contact and let me know. That's fully understandable - you can't replace a roof in severe thunderstorms. As soon as they could start, Ed let me know what day they'd be here.
The crew arrived and immediately started working. They worked all day, without chatter or multiple breaks. We had multiple leaking places where wood needed replaced, and they took care of all of those. Ed sent some photos during the day to let us see the progress, which was a nice touch. They had our entire roof done in 1 workday. 
They also removed an old sattellite, at our request, while up there. And they were wiling to help with a gutter situation, but we decided against that. My husband has been out on the roof to check it out and says it's done with quality work.
Overall, Ed was responsive, prompt and helpful. He and his crew did a great job and we would recommend them to anyone (already have!).
