"Great experience from start to finish. Carter was a great help in navigating the initial inspection of the roof and then helping us file the claim with our insurance carrier. He then came and met with the insurance adjuster when he evaluated the roof - so that the adjuster was aware of the items that Carter identified in his initial inspection. Next, Shawna was very helpful with picking the roofing material and working through the steps up to installation. Claytonia was very helpful with the payment process, once we had received the insurance check. Within just a few days of the initial payment, the crew was here installing the new roof. They were efficient and removing and replacing the new roof - and installing a new skylight. They completed our house and my workshop in less than a day. They cleaned up, including double/triple checking to get all the nails from the removed roofing. The young man who led the roofing crew was very polite and helpful with a few things that required our participation. Then Claytonia was back once the work was done to handle the certificate of completion and getting that to our insurance company so we could receive the final payment. The experience was excellent. The workers were all respectful & the owner & manager were both on site at the start & completion of the job to ensure all was completed and cleaned up as it should be & that we were satisfied. Ed called me the next morning (~10 hours after my email) and told me he was in the area and could stop by and take a look.  I was on my way to work but described the issue and told him to feel free and take a look.  He called me back about an hour later and discussed what he thought the issues were.  He explained he didn't think it was a leaky skylight, but more of a water issue from the gutter downspouts.  He suggested a simple and cheap fix that he thought would solve the issue.  He said if that didn't work there were more invasive options we could move forward with but suggested trying the simple fix first (which I greatly appreciated).  He suggested we just get a handy man to do the fix - they do larger repairs.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.  I appreciated the honesty and the suggested simple fix.  We live in a fairly large house and I am always skeptical to have contractors come over because very often, they see the size of our house and see dollar signs.  This was not the case with Ed.  I will definitely call him when it is time to replace our roof or we have any other leaks.

"I hired Chris, the owner of Roofline Xperts of NC to install 2 skylights on my sunroom through Angie's site. The way Chris handled this project from start to finishing touch-ups impressed my wife, and me completely. Chris came with his 2 crew and they finished installation in approx 4 hours. After letting the 2 crew go, Chris stayed to touch up all my loose end of Roof, resealed all my pipe boots, and came inside the sunroom, caulked all around the new skylight frames, ceiling touch-ups on leak-damages, and cleaning the 2 new skylight glasses inside and outside, all these extra work with no additional charges. From now on, Chris is my man for any skylight or roof issues."
