"Mr. Mackay came over very quickly after being contacted, and checked over our roof. He was very forthright and clear with his explanation of what we need to do. He told me that he was basically talking himself out of a job, but that we can do the work ourselves (sealing seams on the sunroom roof and caulking the skylights as needed). He said that it would be a lot cheaper for us to hire a MHIC licensed handyman to do the work, as they could certify the roof, as well.
