"Had to cancel because one TV always froze after about 5 minutes, and they were never able to fix it.  They did try several times and let us out of the contract since they could not provide full service. I would gladly use them again if they could figure out that technical problem, which apparently is rare in their experience.

"Daniel did a great job on the project. He listened to what I was wanting to do. He provided good feedback on how best to complete the work (materials, process, etc.). We mutually settled in on a plan to do the job. It turned out well and as expected and within a reasonable period of time. He is very conscientious about the project and the care of your home and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use him again when I have another plumbing project. I highly recommend him."
