"We get good service.  They come almost all the time when called and they will come in the weekend too.  They are friendly.  They are considerate in things like taking their shoes off when they come into the house.  They are bonded so I don’t ever worry about who is in the house.  They are fairly honest and I believe them, if I don’t believe them, they don’t get upset when I say that I don’t want something done, and they are okay.  I ask them if something has to be done immediately, they tell me if it has to be or if it can be done sometime later, and that I can wait if I want to.  We have done that a couple of times and they don’t get mad at me.  They really don’t put any pressure.  They are probably a little more expensive than some of the other people in town but I know they are going to be there and are going to stand behind their work, because we have had them come back out for things that didn’t look right to me.  They put in our air conditioning and our furnaces and whenever there is a problem, we call and they come immediately, they check them out, and fix them, so I can’t complain.  They are good with their plumbing services as good as they are with the heating and air services. "
