"We used one of Angie's List special offers to purchase a tankless water heater. We were able to get an appointment for the installation very quickly. The team arrived on time. The men removed and hauled away the old 80 gallon water heater. Then they attached the new tankless unit to the wall. They needed to run a new PVC vent out of the house which they did. We asked them to attach the unit to the inside wall, which caused an additional charge because the pipe had to run 25' across the basement ceiling. The men were professional, pleasant and very neat. They were very knowledgeable about their product and answered all our questions.

Technical service lacking knew how to do the job just didn't do it correctly the first time.
Did not offer energy efficiency. It was an emergency I went with the lowest bid.

"Great. Garrett came to my house to measure and provide a quote. Within a few days, he was back with Ben to complete the work. Everything was finished in one day. The indoor heat unit was original to my condo, about 26 years ago. It was in an odd place in the garage. Garrett had to special order the correct size, tear down the old setup, and rebuild for the new unit. The guys were very professional and friendly. I am very satisfied with the work."
