He kept running the auger up and down to make sure the plug was totally cleared. He then used a garden hose to get a lot of water in quickly to clean things out and make sure that it could handle a large flow of water. I was up and operational by 11. They did a great job, cleaned up the area and their charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call again if we need any other plumbing work done."

"Communication was excellent from first contact to completion of work. I even had to reschedule last minute and it was handled seamlessly. The technician was timely and polite, he explained what he was doing the issues/concerns he found and made recommendations without pushing unnecessary goods or services. A problem did occur where my furnace quit working after the tune up, probably due to a little bit of dust blocking a line. As soon as I contacted them 1st response immediately set about getting a service person out as soon as possible and they were indeed at my house fixing the problem within 4 hours. I suspect I was the anomaly and that normally these tune ups are completed without any issues but for me it is assuring to have a company so very responsive when there is an issue and I would be very comfortable/confident using them again."
