"We asked Matt to come by to check out a leak in our bathroom plumbing.  We were seeing water on the garage floor (directly beneath the bathroom) after taking a shower.  Matt came and investigated.  While he was there, he an my husband discussed the water heater, which we knew was on its last leg.  It is located in the garage, did not provide enough hot water, and had multiple rust spots externally that were pretty darn bad.  Matt gave us an estimate on installation of a new one and gave us recommendations on the brands/types available as a replacement.  He came back the very next morning with a new water heater for us.  He then fixed the leak, replaced the water heater, and installed our new shower fixture. 
We have since recommended Matt to my mother and father and  my two of my siblings.  All have been pleased as well!!
