"I have a 700' water line which has been problematic for years. It was time to fix it permanently. They surveyed the situation, listened to my questions, and presented a solution which would insure future reliability. It was a 3 day process. The technicians arrived each day promptly, and insured that my water was only off for a few hours, leaving it on at night. They kept me informed, and answered the few questions I had. The work was actually finished a day early. They cleaned up everything, and left the trenching seeded, with straw covering to prevent erosion while the grass is growing in."

Service was excellent. 

There was, however, a glitch in the scheduling software.  I never received and email to my personal email notifying me of which appointment (I was allowed 3 choices during purchasing) I was given.  So, he arrived at my townhome at 0759 on Monday 01 December morning.  I, unfortunately, am on vacation this week and was sound asleep.  So, the poor guy got to greet me at the door half asleep. 

Apparently, Angie's did not send an email to my personal email address.  The system sent one through the internal system's email which I had no idea to check.  This needs to be corrected.

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"I called Pro N Stall on Christmas unfortunately.  I had a lot of guests over and with extra use and kids flushing extra toilet paper down the commode my main sewer line backed up.   I called Randy and he said he was fully booked that day but due to the outage he would do everything to get someone out that day.  I let him know that the next day would be fine and scheduled a time the next day.

"The touchpad control panel was failing for the second time. Brandon frankly told me I would be best advised to replace the dishwasher due to the expense of the part and the age of the dishwasher.
