"I came home late at night from a quick out of town trip, to find my nearly 30 year old AC system was not working. Called DAYCO first thing the next morning, since they'd worked on this unit last summer and it lasted a year.
Dean (owner) came out that same afternoon,  and was able to get it operational long enough to set a date to install a new, energy efficient unit. 
He then worked up an estimate for replacement, and emailed it to me in a couple days.
We set up an 8am installation appointment  - and they arrived 5 minutes early! 
About 4:30pm, everything was finished, and cleaned up...I mean actually vacuumed the carpet under the attic door where old insulation fell.  A quick tutorial on operation of the new programable thermostat - and my upstairs has been cook, comfortable since :-)
I know the downstairs unit, of the same age is eventually going to need replacement - and I will be calling DAYCO!
