A quick overview of the HAVC system was given, balance paid all questions answered and there were smiles on most faces. The sales person described the operation of the new HAVC to be quieter than current system and it is. However, the term quieter was not expressed in db difference so a service tech came out and was able to discuss the issue. "Howard is the real deal.  He has an old-school mentality which brings a top-notch work ethic and respect to the customer.  He is prompt and does a great job for a fair price.  When he first came out to provide an estimate for the work, I mentioned a window that was not shutting properly.  He fixed it right on the spot at no charge.  He knew exactly what the issue was and it took him two seconds.  I don't know too many contractors that would have done that without including an incremental fee in their bill.  Also, Jackie, who sets up the appointments, is terrific.  She is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and provides great communication through the whole process.  She even contacted me the day the work was scheduled to be done to let me know Howard was on his way.  I have already started another list of items that will need attention and Howard will be my go-to in getting the work done.
