They surveyed the situation, listened to my questions, and presented a solution which would insure future reliability. It was a 3 day process. The technicians arrived each day promptly, and insured that my water was only off for a few hours, leaving it on at night. They kept me informed, and answered the few questions I had. The work was actually finished a day early. They cleaned up everything, and left the trenching seeded, with straw covering to prevent erosion while the grass is growing in."

There was, however, a glitch in the scheduling software.  I never received and email to my personal email notifying me of which appointment (I was allowed 3 choices during purchasing) I was given.  So, he arrived at my townhome at 0759 on Monday 01 December morning.  I, unfortunately, am on vacation this week and was sound asleep.  So, the poor guy got to greet me at the door half asleep. 

Apparently, Angie's did not send an email to my personal email address.  The system sent one through the internal system's email which I had no idea to check.  This needs to be corrected.

"Updated Review: We called for a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly and had standing water in the bottom. I am giving a B because we had some issues with the initial repair and customer service. That said, the owner Brandon, worked with us to make everything right including giving us the option of not paying for the initial repairs. The biggest downside was that the repair wasn't done properly the first time and/or the replacement part was also defective. That meant I was without a dishwasher for three weeks waiting for parts to come in, etc. Brandon came out and repaired it again and no additional charge, and everything is working great now. I've used them for other appliance repairs in the past, and he's always done a great job. Will call again in the future."

"Great service! I called Worley & Sons on November 25th. He was able to come out the next day. Our house is only 7 years old so we didn't know why one bathroom light & the family room light stopped working. I forgot the lights were out & we were expecting Thanksgiving guest. Mr. Worley was able to come out the next morning . He is very professional & polite! He tested the switches determined they had gone bad & replaced them. Problem solved! I remembered I wanted the light fixture in the kitchen changed out & he was more than happy to change it even though he was only called out about the nonworking wall switches. He removed the standard light fixture that the builders put in & replace it with a light fixture that I purchased. Very professional job. Can't even tell there was a different light there. He is fast & did a GREAT job. I will definitely call him for future projects. Sorry I can't remember the cost but it was very reasonable!"
