"Everything went perfectly.  My previous water heater had broken.  I called Washington Water Heaters on Wednesday and they came and installed a new one the next day.  They took away the old one and left the work area tidy.  The technician was on time and did the work within the time they estimated. I especially appreciated they confirmed the model type and location of old water heater so they could be sure to install an appropriate model.  I don't know if I could have gotten a better price.  I didn't have time to shop around.  
But, the office staff was wonderful and didn't pressure me to make a quick decision.  I could have shopped around.  I would definitely use them again.
