"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "Everything went smoothly. The work was done quickly and efficiently. When they were done they told me if I had any problems to call them right away. I have not had any problems and my drain works like new. I can recommend them without hesitation."

"In short order it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They replaced the damaged wood. Sealed the opening and reinstalled the skylight. They then further sealed the skylight and replaced the shingles. I feel very confident that it will not leak again. Besides their excellent work, they showed up when they said they would and kept me informed about scheduling. I highly recommend them and I'm getting my list ready for them to do next spring."

"Very well, forsaw almost any problem that may arise, determined best way to handle and proceeded from there. Very thorough, professional, polite young man with a good number of years in HVAC and genl. maintenance experience in addition to good sound training."

"Friendly, transparent communication. Highly recommend!"
