"I needed the steps into the pool repaired and my pool repainted. Lann was very professional, friendly and prompt. Due to weather issues, the pool was painted a little later then initially planned. By the time they were finished I felt like had made new friends. When the project was finished they cleaned up the site and even helped me with some things I wasn't able to do myself. "There was a team of three who worked together on this project and completed it in about four and a half days. The first day was spent tearing out the tub, shower, countertop, vanity, and toilet. Then they installed the new shower, Jacuzzi walk-in tub, vanity, toilet and the electricity for the new tub. We were able to use the new tub and shower while we waited for the new countertop to arrive. When it got here, they installed it and the faucet in a couple of hours. The team was very efficient and neat; they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Josh Robertson was the lead on the project, and he was a very good communicator. We were able to call him prior to the start of the project to check on the status of the materials and to inform him of the status of the materials we were providing. He worked with us to schedule the start date for the project and kept us informed of the progress and any issues throughout the process. We were very satisfied with the results!

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
