"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. Crew of 3 worked individually and together over several weeks to accomplish all facets of project.    At least 1 of them was here over the final 3 or 4 day period and they were very thorough.    Gas line work excellent, too.   Fan in upstairs bathroom super quiet.     Just now getting to heavy weather and furnace seems great.    The house is definitely more 'airtight' now.    Haven't needed the ac much yet.

Pool heater (not installed by Berry) needs fixing in spring, perhaps because more gas to unit required an adjustment which will be accomplished next season.
