"Not the lowest price, but the lowest price when I ask for the complete price including tax and all accessories. I did not want any surprises during the process and I did not want to learn the process to be sure everything was in the bid and done correctly. I am not a pool expert and Eric explained everything he was going to replace as part of the process. He said when he is done we will be able to get in the pool. He set my expectations about additional costs if the pool floor under the liner was extensively damaged. Damage was not extensive. The weather this year delayed installation and Eric needed to get the liner from a different distributor. Overall about one month delay to installation and he took care of everything. Customer service rated a bit lower only because I had to call Eric for updates. I eventually just ask him to send me updates via text message which worked well. He and team cleaned up after themselves as they prepared the pool. As he was finishing up, we were in the pool as promised!"

"I don't know how anyone could write a poor review of this man or his services. I have been working with a company which was unresponsive, expensive and rude. Joe is just the opposite. He responded in less than 12 hours from my phone call, came out the same day that he called and diagnosed the problem in seconds. He is very friendly and knowledgable. He spent an hour with me teaching me about hot tub chemistry. I have been dealing with pools and hot tubs for 20 years, but learned more in that hour than I had learned in the previous 20 years. His price was very reasonable. I will be using him from now on for all of my hot tub needs.

"Clint and his crew were amazingly professional and treated our house with so much respect. They even bring their own door mat to place inside the door so they can stand on it when they're putting booties on before walking through the house. They patched 4 different holes that were made when we updated the bathtub and shower fixtures and it came out great. The resurfacing itself was even better than I had imagined it in my mind and I love the fact that they use eco friendly chemicals. They even add in bubblegum scents to leave a lovely smell instead of a smell that would clear out the house. I seriously can't rave enough about the job they did!"

Brian showed up on the day he said he would, installed the cooler, and it worked beautifully overnight - pool temp dropped from 91 degrees to 81 degrees, with overnight low ambient temp of 71 degrees.
