"I needed the steps into the pool repaired and my pool repainted. Lann was very professional, friendly and prompt. Due to weather issues, the pool was painted a little later then initially planned. "I could not have been more impressed with Mr. Marshal than I was.
He was prompt, courteous, professional, and showed great concern that the job be completed to our exact specifications.
He made a total of four trips to our home to ensure that he knew exactly our expectations, and understood the scope of the job. On one of the trips he brought along a floor expert that could fore see and avoid any unexpected pitfalls.
I felt bad that he didn't get awarded the bid, but we have a strict budget, and he was underbid by another firm.
Although he didn't get the job, I felt he treated me with respect and professionalism.
