Brian showed up on the day he said he would, installed the cooler, and it worked beautifully overnight - pool temp dropped from 91 degrees to 81 degrees, with overnight low ambient temp of 71 degrees. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"They sent someone out to come fix it. I go online when I have an issue, instead of calling. It is very easy. You go online and tell them what is broken. The respond with who will be coming out within 24 hours. They have different plans for different amounts of money. I have my house and pool covered. I pay a $75 copay a month. I have had them for several years, and have never had an issue."
