"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

"It's very good. It cane be a $2,00 repair. They will fix the item or replace it with a $75 deductible. I pay a little over a thousand for four apartments in Washington, one building but still separate apartment. My house have everything covered for $700 something. They cover everything. They cover the refrigerator, stove and all appliances. The microwave, the pool pump and electrical. They cover a wide variety. Almost anything in the home except for items like roof, any electrical problem, any appliance that break, the pool and the AC. It's a pretty good company. A perfect example is you have a $1500 refrigerator, something break in it, if you call somebody to come out to fix it, they say it's compressor and they came out with $500 for the part. You have to pay this installation and labor, instead you just pay $75. If you have more than two repairs a year, it pays for itself. It gives you a piece of mind so you don't have to worry about an appliance breaking. In the middle of the summer, you AC goes out, you can actually get that fixed for $75. If you don't have the money then or no time to replace the unit, it's worth it."
