"I’m writing this review because this company did not do a good job, they did a GREAT job. Today it seems most companies just want to do the minimal to get by, well that's not the case with Tropical Pools. They did the best resurfacing on our existing pool that money can buy and they were very reasonable with their price. Not only did they do the job as per our contact. But each day they cleaned up the area around our pool deck and made contact with me as to what they have done and what they plan to do next. Keeping us updated gave me and my wife piece of mind. That in itself is priceless! The job was completed within the time frame that was stated in our contract and at the price quoted. What more can I say? If you are looking for an excellent pool company that has ethics and morals look no further than Tropical Pools of Central Florida."

"Mike came out same day after his normal jobs and started at 7 PM. I have a large pool party and needed to get the Heater/Chlorinator fixed in my pool before Friday. He did an excellent job getting the heater working by replacing the capacitor. The Chlorinator was working but the pool stabilization was off in the pool. he also tightened some pipes around the pump that were leaking a tiny bit. He tested the chemicals to know my stabilizer was way off. He also removed a critter that crawled up in the heater and fried himself. I have made him my Pool company to deal with going forward. Could not be more please with his service and knowledge he brings to the job. First Rate! For the other contractors (4) contacted only 1 returned my request but they did not do heaters..."

"Wiregrass Pool Service has been amazing since day 1 on my new pool. No big company new person every week hassle. Fernando does it all, but is very willing to teach you little things to minimize future maintenance costs if you would like. He is very responsive to questions and extremely timely (easy to get ahold of). He even made extra visits many times to make sure the levels were correct when we were figuring out how to balance the pool chem levels since it was a whole new pool. So, that tells me he cares. Super friendly. Very knowledgeable. Extremely easy to work with and does a great job. Highly recommend!!!!"
