Even during COVID, he and his crew started and finished the project on time as proposed and agreed upon. Lastly once the project was finished, Mike has been awesome on training and supporting us on how to take care of the pool. Christine (ofc manger) efficiently handled any follow up and invoice matters. Catie ( Design & Project Mngr) did an outstanding job designing the pool & outdoor kitchen and bar area. She also has an excellent design eye for material choices such as tile, stone even furniture and umbrellas. Will (Service Mngr) & Joe (Service Tech) were very knowledgeable of all technical workings of the pool equipment and ALWAYS available to assist us in the learning process.
