"Customer service at the beginning was great, the reason why we went with this company. First project manager was horrible but once Adam came into the picture he was on point and always answered questions within the day. At this point it’s been less than 2 month the pool has been built and there is cracks on the deck and slate lifting and it looks like the pool is detaching from the deck they poured. Right now there is no way I would recommend this company to anyone. We are not completely satisfied with the finished product."

They even called out things that were a problem seven years that are still an issue, but we gave up on fixing. They were so great, I hired them to perform the regular weekly maintenance, too. "Bobby and team did a great job, especially coming out of the snow storm that wrecked a lot of pools in the Dallas area. They put in a tanning ledge, hot tub, and added new tile and plaster. All came out great. They are currently just finishing the start up and we finally can start to enjoy more than looking at it. Good customer service, they answered a lot of my questions right away, and addressed my concerns."
