"Big Bob’s Flooring did a great job with our bathroom remodel. The project had a small delay in the middle, but the team communicated well, stayed professional, and still got everything completed on time. The final result looks beautiful, clean, and exactly what we wanted. We’re very happy with the workmanship and would definitely recommend Big Bob’s Flooring for bathroom remodels and flooring projects."

"Once he got started, he diligently worked a few hours cleaning a couch, chair and three large rugs. Came out looking great. Cleaned up after. The only drawback was they were an hour late, with no notice. I had to call 20 minutes into the scheduled appointment time."

"I had a new shower installed in Feb 2019. Jamie, the salesperson was very thorough and detailed when providing the estimate. The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. You can't go wrong. Everyone was professional and respectful."

"I love the look and feel of wood laminate floors. I got flooring done in my kitchen the project came out better than I imagined"

"Very professional and reasonable prices- excellent work.

Have used this contractor for kitchen back splash tiling, entryway tiling and for a pergola."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"He did a very good job for a really reasonable price! I also had him install a new exhaust fan in lower bathroom and new curved shower bars in 2 bathrooms. This was not tile work but he did what I asked and he did it well!"
