"We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Javier did a good job of restoring the polish to my marble tile. In so doing, he made a couple of minor chips in the stone. I called him for a suggestion on a product to repair the chips as I thought we could do the minor repair. He recommended a product that I could not locate. I called him to follow up and he failed to call back."

They also cleaned the new carpet on the stairs which contractors had used. We were ecstatic with the outcome on the old tile floor - it is gorgeous, they were hand scraping old wax off, the 60+ year old floor looks stunning. The extensive job was completed in the scheduled time and for the reasonable price that was agreed upon. George Mathios, who is a very knowledgeable manager, would come every morning to discuss with his crew, the work that needed to be completed, and return each afternoon to inspect their progress. The workers were skilled in the jobs (removal of wall paper, painting, installing recessed lights, installing tile and bathroom fixtures, shower door, vanity, etc.) they performed. The electrician who installed the recessed lighting and laborer who artfully installed the bathroom tiles were highly skilled, meticulous, neat, and took great pride in their work!
