"I looked for years for someone to repair a tile bathroom job that had been poorly done, including regrouting significant areas. Grout Medic did the job and demonstrated complete professionalism all the way. It wasn’t cheap but they delivered. Showed up promptly, did what they were contracted to do (and a little more!), and Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to work with Jeremy in the future."

"OMG! Ismail is FABULOUS! He was professional, polite, kind, and extraordinarily talented at tile installation. I?m saying ?talented? because my particular job required a good deal of finesse. My tile was very irregular because it was handmade. So, getting it laid in a somewhat even manner took sheer determination ? and TALENT. I would hire Ismail for any future jobs that I may have in my new home. I?m attaching photos, but they simply do not do it justice (my light switch and outlet covers have not arrived yet), but I hope that one can see the unevenness of the tile ?and how much effort and talent went into this job. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He was punctual, always arriving when he told me that he?d arrive and the [very difficult] job was completed on time. Thank you, Ismail. Incidentally, his bid for the job was extremely reasonable ? but I hired him because I trusted him and ? I just plain liked him!"

"We met Carlos several years ago and he has done floor tile and carpeting throughout our house. Recently he did our kitchen floor and soon to do our entryway. He and his crew are top notch. Dependable, punctual, finish the job in a timely manner. They clean everything up. Very mannerly and respectful as well. We highly recommend them. Give them a try, you won't be sorry.
