While are very happy with the quality of the work, initially I felt that the crew was professional until I realized that a bucket of grout that they left behind to dry weighed a ton and I was left to get rid of it up a flight of stairs. They also left a mess outside where they were cutting the tile which I got complaints about from my condo superintendent. I reduced my rating for customer service to a 3 based on these issues. Sal answered my emails promptly, price was fair, showed up early on the day promised and completed job in 2 days."

After they were demolished both bathrooms down to the studs I decided (with input from the crew) to enlarge the master shower by taking space from the other bathroom.
