"I selected Penate Tile & Home Improvement based on their reviews. Now I understand why and I’m so glad I did! Ronal and Jose did a very nice job with my kitchen backsplash! Ronal even took time to correct a problem that was all my fault! I added a few accent tiles but didn’t want to over do it. I asked that he not add an accent tile in one corner, but it later turned out that the extra accent was needed. Ronal chiseled out 4 tiles and added the accent, no extra charge! The end product looks very nice and I am pleased! Thank you Ronal and Jose for the wonderful work you did for me!"

"They arrived on time and were ready to work immediately. They explained what they were going to do and how they would protect the area. They covered the floors, wrapped the banisters and masked off all the trim work. The drywall and repainting were done very well. They cleaned everything, removed all the trash and vacuumed.
