"Caldera’s Tile is fantastic! They just installed five rooms of tile at my home and did a beautiful job. They definitely know what they are doing. We choose larger tile (24x48) and had a couple other contractors tell us the tile was too large for our area. Juan and his crew had experience with this size tile and knew how to handle it with no problems. Juan understood our vision and was brainstorming with my wife when he came over to quote the job. It was evident he knew what he was talking about and had the experience we were looking for. That sold us on Caldera’s. His price was competitive and he was able to schedule us within a week. Juan was great about communicating too. He always notified us if he would be late or who from his crew was coming to work. Caldera’s worked the job everyday and it was evident we were not competing with any of his other jobs. I highly recommend Caldera’s for tile work."

"The stain that was used for the shower floor stuck to the tile more than the team had expected. I guess it wasn?t the type of tile they initially thought it was. They came back the following day and took some extra time finishing and cleaning it but the stain didn?t all come up from the tile and there are white spots of residual stain throughout. Kinda hard to tell unless you look close though at least. Was very bummed that the tech dumped the unused stain water onto the recently resurfaced street. Our neighbors aren?t going to be happy with us over that. The pictures attached are after the team came back and said they worked on removing the stain. Paid full price. Took care of the issues with the shower but overall, not the most professional job and wouldn?t hire again."

"We were very impressed with both Kramer and Eric. We needed a step down room (popular in the 70's) leveled to match the other rooms, and new flooring laid in 75% of the home. They did an excellent job! What impressed me the most, they realized as they were taking up the old flooring that the concert underneath was very uneven. They could have just laid the floor and not said anything as had been done before, but they didn't. They took the time to show us how uneven the floor was and to explain how over time the flooring could gradually separate (which was happening in current flooring). They suggested using leveling concrete to alleviate the issue. They came across a couple more issues and gave us the options of how to fix. I was impressed with the ethic Kramer and Eric have. They only wanted to do the very best work and it was top quality. We will definitely hire them again. We are making a new list right now!!!"
